Circular hike from Tolminske Ravne across Planina Kal to Planina Razor and back to the starting point From the highest-lying village in NW Slovenia, we will first ascend to Planina Kal, located at the foot of Tolminski Migovec, 1490 m above sea level. There we’ll take our first longer break with a view of the Tolminka Valley and our surrounding mountains. A gentle walk will follow to Planina Razor, where a dish awaits us for which the mountain hut on Razor is famous: excellent cottage cheese dumplings (skutni štruklji), which last year received the From the Soča Valley quality label. We’ll then descend back to Tolminske Ravne and return to the valley.
