We will head into the local forests and learn the basics of mushroom foraging! We’ll also touch on culinary preparation (storage and cooking) – and wrap it all up with a delicious cooking session in the professional kitchen of Bovec kitch'n. From Forest to Plate! We’ll explore the local forests, learn how to start mushroom foraging, what you need to know and recognize, and gather what nature offers us. We’ll learn how to clean, prepare, and store mushrooms, and then cook something tasty together in the professional kitchen of Bovška kuhn’ca. We only accept small groups, so spots are limited (up to 6 people).
