Free tastings upon reservation, talks and show cooking with big local names and the collaboration of Alojz Felix Jermann.

Every evening: wine and cocktails (7:30 pm), DJ set and live music (from 7:30 pm), exhibitions and art installations.

An experience that tells the story of Friuli Venezia Giulia and Brda through a contemporary lens.

The largest food and wine festival in the Northeast, the Salotto del Gusto by A Local Feeling, a unique space that intertwines wine, cuisine, art, and music, arrives in Gorizia.

The project is curated by Isabella Lupi, an event manager with over 13 years of international experience.

For four days, Piazza Sant'Antonio will become the beating heart of the festival, offering the public free tastings of wines from Friuli Venezia Giulia and Brda (reservations required), talks with special guests, show cooking, and evenings of music and creativity.

The program includes:

Wine tastings every day at 6:30 pm, with producers discussing native and international grape varieties and special vintages.

Talks and cooking demonstrations, including insights into Central European cuisine and the future of wine, featuring Alojz Felix Jermann and other local guests.

DJ sets and live music: every evening from 7:30 pm onwards, with guests from all over Italy who will bring energy and a sophisticated atmosphere.

Exhibitions and artistic installations, curated by contemporary photographers and artists, enrich the sensory experience with a visual dimension.
