Summer School “Multimedia and Participatory Arts”

“Multimedia and Participatory Arts” is a summer school for artists under 35.

In the new edition, Albero Associazione will be invited as guest trainers with the participatory format Community Opera and Agrupación Señor Serrano, already winners of the Silver Lion for Innovation at the Venice Theatre Biennale and multimedia experts in the field of multimedia arts.

From 27 to 31 August 2025 the summer school “Multimedia and Participatory Arts” will be held in Gorizia.

A project created by Invasioni Creative with the organization of Corsia d'Emergenza APS in collaboration with In\Visible Cities Festival and the Municipality of Gorizia with the support of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region.

In the new edition, Albero Associazione will be invited as guest trainers with the participatory format Community Opera and Agrupación Señor Serrano, already winners of the Silver Lion for Innovation at the Venice Theatre Biennale and multimedia experts in the field of multimedia arts.

Professional tools will be provided for the creation of artistic works that combine live performance, community involvement and new technologies.

In previous editions the school hosted workshops with Rimini Protokoll (Germany), Time's Up (Austria), PiNa (Slovenia), Media Art Friesland (Netherlands); and from Italy Zimmerfrei from Bologna, ZONA K from Milan, CSS Teatro Stabile d'Innovazione from Udine and Kepler 452 from Bologna.

The school is aimed at artists under 35 who already have a training and professional path underway.
