Held from 21 to 23 March 2025 in Opatje Selo, the Traditional International Dog Show of All Breeds is a prestigious dog show featuring dogs of different breeds from different countries. It is organized by dog ​​clubs and associations, often as part of international dog organizations such as FCI (Fédération Cynologique Internationale). The shows present various breeds, from small to large, from hunting to guarding and companion dogs.

EXHIBITION PROGRAMME

1. Classification of Dogs: Dogs are classified by breed, age group (puppies, young, adults, veterans) and gender.
2. Evaluation according to breed standards: Each breed is judged by judges who check the appearance, posture, movement, coat, teeth and other characteristics. Judges are guided by the standards of the FCI or national canine organizations.
3. Competitions and awards: Best of Breed (BOB), Best of Group (BOG), Best in Show (BIS).
4. Additional competitions: In addition to the classic competition, there are also show presentations and selection of the most beautiful pairs or breeding groups. The most beautiful Karst Shepherd Dog, which is a Slovenian indigenous breed and cultural heritage, is also presented.
