SAN FLORIANO DEL COLLIO TIME TRIAL

SAN FLORIANO DEL COLLIO TIME TRIAL. In the year of GO2025, European Capital of Culture 2025, the Bike and Run Gorizia sports association wanted to organise an event for all road cyclists, and so on 31 May there will be a time trial, which will start in Giasbana and finish in San Floriano del Collio, covering a distance of 4.8 km with an elevation gain of 200 m.

PARTICIPATION Competitive: Open to all ACSI, FCI and Consulta members recognised by CONI.

Day passes: For those who do not have a competitive licence, there is the option of purchasing a day pass.

The cost of the day pass is €15, and requests must be made to the organisers by the Wednesday before the event.

To obtain a day pass, you must have a medical certificate for competitive sports (cycling).

TIMES: meet on Saturday 31 May in Giasbana at the Gradis'ciutta farm at 8:30 a.m. COMPETITION START at 10:00 a.m.

REGISTRATION REGISTRATION: Registration must be completed by FRIDAY 23 May by paying the €15 fee via our online form.

Registration will reopen on Saturday 31 May from 8:30 a.m. by paying the €20 fee at the Gras'ciutta farm in Giasbana (Go).

REGISTER NOW! START TIMES AND RACE SERVICES COMPETITION START 10:00 AM.

Starts will be individual, with one minute between participants.

RACE SERVICES: Medical assistance: 1 ambulance with doctor and nurses stationed along the route. Refreshments at the end of the race.

TIMING: Electronic timing with CHRONOS ID chip.

The following categories are allowed:

• Women A (19-39 years old) Women B (40 and over)

• Men Junior (19-29 years) – Senior 1 (30-34 years) – Senior 2 (35-39 years) – Veterans 1 (40-44 years) – Veterans 2 (45-49 years) – Gentlemen 1 (50-54 years) – Gentlemen 2 (55-59 years) – Super gentlemen A (60-64 years ) – Super Gentlemen B (65-75 years old).

A minimum of 5 athletes must start in the Super Gentlemen A and B categories, otherwise the two categories will be merged into the Super Gentlemen A category.

The top 3 overall male and female finishers and the top 3 in each category will receive awards.

LIABILITY: The organisers accept no liability for damage to persons or property before, during or after the event.

LICENCE CHECK Competitor licence checks and race packs will be handed out on Saturday 31 May from 8:30 am at the Gradis'ciutta farm in Giasbana (Go).
