PONTE

Artistic performance by artist Enzo Comin in collaboration, remotely, with Russian artist Vilgeniy Melnikov. Open to all, as participants or spectators.

As part of “Absurda”, an art event curated by Alfred de Locatelli.

Description: Why build a bridge today? Because in a time of borders, conflicts, and distances, a simple gesture can remind us that there is still something that connects us.

PONTE (bridge) is born from the collaboration between Enzo Comin and Vilgeniy Melnikov, two artists living in distant places who choose to act at the same time, performing the same gesture.

A simultaneity that becomes a symbol of invisible connection, able to travel across space without electricity, without technology—only through the human body and the gaze of those who witness it.

Crossing all limits. The audience is free to participate: not only to watch, but to become part of the bridge, sharing a sign that transcends borders and transforms the action of a few into a collective act.

Performance structure:

1. Introduction – Explanation of the meaning of the collaboration.

2. The shared gesture – repeated simultaneously between Italy and Russia. 3. Shared space – the audience is invited to take part. 4. Closing – the gesture remains suspended, continuing elsewhere. Artists involved: • Enzo Comin: https://www.instagram.com/comin.enzo
