Pašta Fešta—the biggest slovenian pasta festival

Mlinotest, in collaboration with the Pasta Lovers Association, invites you to Pašta Fešta—the largest pasta festival in Slovenia that combines a rich culinary program with plenty of fun and great music.

On Saturday, 24 May 2025, Ajdovščina's Lavričev trg will once again be alive with Pašta Festa, Slovenia's largest pasta festival. 

At numerous stalls you will be able to taste a variety of pasta delicacies from the hands of renowned culinary masters, which will satisfy even the most demanding gourmets. For the first time, you will also be able to taste the Asian stuffed gyoza pasta made by Mlinotest. 

A special experience will be the final of the Little Chefs competition, where primary school children will compete for the title of Mlinochef. A variety of pasta dishes will be prepared by a number of renowned chefs, including masterchefs, chefs from three-cap Gault&Millau restaurants and Michelin-starred chefs. One of the surprising novelties this year will certainly be the stall where two gourmet chefs from Šturje, winners of last year's Mlinochef, will be cooking.

The festival will be hosted by Iztok Gustinčič in his original and humorous way, with good music by Ne joči pevec, Suho cvetje and Aufbiks. For all cycling enthusiasts, the Giro d'Italia will be broadcast in front of Rustja's house (Rustjeva hiša)

In case of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.
