Neja Tomšič: Untaddling a Garden III

Storytelling tour of Rafut Park, dedicated to the tales of the trees.
Untaddling a e Garden is a research–art project dedicated to the Rafut Park. It intertwines stories from its history with the stories of its trees, while also unraveling the historical and cultural threads of the broader social currents in which the park is embedded.
It is a performance in progress, exploring the processes of collective staging in a specific space. In doing so, it searches for different readings of the park and our responses to it. Rafut Park is seen as a multi-layered landscape, where personal, cultural, and historical stories meet.
Event program:
- Introduction—Neja Tomšič: Unraveling the Garden
- Stories—A walk through Rafut Park with storytelling
Storytellers: Ana Duša, Ana Čavić, Maja Čehovin Korsika, Katja Šulc, Katarina Nahtigal, Rok Kušlan, and Silvia Viviani
- Gathering in the amphitheatre—vocal group Ardeo, an attempt at a collective performance of a composition, and socializing.
All walks will take place in Slovenian, English, and Italian.
The event is free of charge. Reservations required at info@glej.si.
