JobSTART: Free career guidance workshops and job fair | November 13 | EPICenter

JobSTART is a free day dedicated to young people that combines cross-border career guidance workshops and a job fair.

Morning (10:30–1:45 PM): JobSTART career guidance workshops. Entrepreneur Matjaž Kljajić will explain the five most common mistakes young people make when looking for their first job to the cross-border region. This will be followed by parallel workshops: in Slovenian: reflection on one's career path and values (Zavod TiPovej!) and practical advice on how to write an application and prepare for an interview without work experience (Klara Kragelj, INCOM GROUP) in Italian: interactive workshop on one's desires, values, and stereotypes regarding the future (psychologist Clara Miani) Lunch accompanied by music and networking. Afternoon (2:30–6:00 PM): JobCONNECT career fair. Short job interviews with employers from Slovenia and Italy, closing speeches with performances, networking with HR managers, and happy hour. 🚌 Free transportation from the Ljubljana Student Campus and back.
