GO! Christmas Run - Run or Walk for Burlo's Children

A non-competitive charity running and walking event supporting the "Io Corro per il Burlo" project.

GO! Christmas Run - Run or Walk for Burlo's Children is a non-competitive charity event open to everyone. The event features two routes of 5 km and 10 km, starting and finishing on Via Garibaldi, in front of the Verdi Theatre in Gorizia. The initiative is organised entirely free of charge and on a non-profit basis. All proceeds will be donated to the Fondazione Burlo Garofolo in support of the Io Corro per il Burlo project, with the aim of making a concrete contribution to the activities dedicated to the patients of the IRCCS Burlo Garofolo. The event is open to runners, walkers, families, children and people with disabilities and promotes sport, solidarity and community participation. The event is organised by Gorizia Running Club with the support of Fondazione Burlo Garofolo, Farmacie Comunali di Gorizia, FISH FVG and the Municipality of Gorizia, with municipal patronage granted by Fabrizio Oreti. IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration consists of a donation to the Burlo Garofolo Foundation. No fixed registration fee will be required. Each participant may donate any amount they wish directly through the Foundation's website, and the donation will serve as their event registration.
