Exhibition Peripheral Visions

On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., we cordially invite you to Palazzo Paternolli at Piazza della Vittoria 46, Gorizia, to view the exhibition and the new university premises.

Dear Sir or Madam, We cordially invite you to the closing event of the Peripheral Visions project, organized by the Department of Cultural Heritage Studies at the University of Nova Gorica in collaboration with Io Deposito. The opening of the Paternolli Palace in Gorizia, which will serve as a student residence for the University of Nova Gorica, will be accompanied by a closing exhibition of the Peripheral Visions project's art residencies on the theme: Art and History from the Border / Arte e storia dal confine. The group exhibition will feature an international group of artists who explore the geographical, social, and spatial boundlessness of both Goricas in their works. Exhibiting artists: Ana Vujović, Neja Tomšič, Jatun Risba, Alice Mestriner & Ahad Moslemi, Andreja Kargačin, Hugo Kabeya, Joseph Cochran, Claudio Beorchia, and Manca Bajec. Artists with different languages address the theme of the periphery as an identity, cultural, and spatial intersection of alternative stories and forms of coexistence.
