Enochroma: art wine degustation

ENOCHROMA - Wine tells the story, art listens and paints its story on canvas. Wine and art will come together in a multifaceted dialogue of aromas, emotions and colors. A key part of the event will be live painting by painters Serena Comar (ita), Melanie Kalz (slo), Ana Beltrán Porcar (esp) in which the present will lead the audience into a deeper understanding of wine in the form of a shared and unique work of art. The event will be hosted by Jasmina Gruden in two languages. The painters will paint a large-scale collective work, while guests will taste the wines that the artists describe with a picture.

Enochroma is a unique event celebrating the intersection of art, wine, and landscape in one of Europe's most captivating regions: Collio/Brda, where the Italian and Slovenian hills intertwine in a mosaic of luminous vineyards. At the heart of this sensory experience, three painters work side by side, live painting a large canvas inspired by the wines guests taste throughout the evening. Each sip becomes color, gesture, and inspiration: the aromatic notes, structure, and character of the wines are transformed into pictorial signs that engage with the surrounding landscape.

The collective canvas slowly takes shape and depicts the wines tasted as a visual narrative that unites personal perceptions and shared harmonies.

Enochroma invites the public to observe the colors, learn about the history of the winery and the wine, and watch creativity unfold in real time, in an immersive atmosphere that celebrates the beauty of the land, the artists' sensitivity, and the magic of emotions translated into art.
