Conciorto - Male čebele project for GO!2025

Conciorto – Live Music & Performance Saturday, 30 August at 9 p.m. in Dughe (Stregna) at the La Casa delle Rondini farmhouse

Il Conciorto is a musical project by Biagio Bagini and Gian Luigi Carlone (Banda Osiris) that combines technology and nature. In fact, through the Ototo electronic board (Arduino-based) and thanks to the water present in the vegetables, the vegetables themselves become musical instruments, able to emit sounds (as they are conductors of electricity) forming a real vegetable keyboard, as well as a guitar, saxophone and flute.

But the Conciorto is not just vegetables that play and amaze, it is original songs that speak of the relationship between man and nature, stories of imaginary gardens belonging to musicians (David Byrne, Damon Albarn, Thom Yorke) directors (François Truffaut), it is theatre and movement, poetry and entertainment, it creates wonder and enchants audiences of all ages.

The artists: Biagio Bagini: Author of radio programs and writer.

Gian Luigi Carlone: Founding member and pillar of the Banda Osiris (since 1980).

He is the author of numerous film soundtracks, winner of the David di Donatello, the Nastro d'Argento and the Silver Bear at the Berlin Film Festival.

The cross-border project Male čebele for GO!2025 is led by the Municipality of Stregna and partners include the Municipality of San Floriano del Collio, the Slovenian-language comprehensive school of Gorizia, the Osnovna šola Frana Erjavca Nova Gorica, the Altreforme cooperative, and the Kanal-Brda beekeepers' association.
