Award ceremony of the competition "Gorizia - Nova Gorica for Education, Science and Culture" and "Gorizia - Nova Gorica Kind and Joyful", organized by the Gorizia UNESCO Club odv – second ed

The UNESCO Club of Gorizia has established an annual award for individuals, organizations, and institutions in the Gorizia area that have distinguished themselves in the fields of Education, Science, and Culture. Second edition, 2025.

The competition consists of three parts:

 

Part One: “Gorizia, a city for Education, Science and Culture”

The report must refer to living persons, entities or institutions that have operated or operate in the Gorizia and Nova Gorica area, who have distinguished themselves for their particular commitment to creating contacts and synergies for the area or who have carried out projects/activities capable of projecting themselves for future development in the fields of Education, Science and Culture.

 

Part two: “Gentle and joyful Gorizia”

The contestants will choose the literary or graphic-pictorial modalities on the proposed theme.

 

Part three: includes 1,2, translated into Slovenian.
