Cirque du Soleil "Alegría – V novi luči"

A classic show reinvented for contemporary audiences.

The 41st Isontina Regatta, from Salcano to Gorizia, is scheduled for Sunday, September 6th. The event is organized by the Šilec Kayak Club, the Soške Elektrarne Kayak Club, the ZSŠDI (Union of Slovenian Sports Associations in Italy), and the Športna Zveza Nova Gorica.

The approximately six-kilometer descent by raft and kayak will begin at 11:00 a.m. from the former headquarters of the Soške elektrarne Kayak Club in Solkan (near the Žogica restaurant, below the dam). The finish line is scheduled for the Soča Park in Piuma, before moving on to the Solkan Kayak Center, where lunch and an awards ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m.

You can also participate with your own boats, with the option of registering on the day. Registration costs €15 per person. Children under 12 participate for free.
