On June 12, 13, and 14, for the European Archaeological Days, Aquileia comes alive with open days at its archaeological sites and excavation sites, special openings, guided tours, experimental archaeology, and music.

Opening hours: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: National Archaeological Museum, Via Roma 1. Exhibition of the experimental holographic showcase created as part of the XRCulture project โ€“ eXplore & Reuse 3D cultural heritage within the Data Space. The technicians and archaeologists who collaborated on the project will be present. Admission is included in the museum admission ticket.

Opening hours: 10:30-13:00 / 15:00-17:00
Location: Archaeological area of the Late Antique Markets (Pasqualis Fund). Demonstrations of glassmaking using ancient techniques (free-blowing and mold-blowing, mosaic work, etc.) using a wood-fired Roman kiln and featuring master glassmakers from the Murano school. Free admission, no reservation required.
