Exhibition: INSTINKT – BLOOM (IN)

Exhibition: INSTINKT – BLOOM (IN)
ALMA MEDANA CREATIVE SPACE, March 7th 2026, 5 PM  THINGS I MISS INSTINKT – BLOOM (IN) A sensory journey from primal impulse to inner blossoming. (Work in progress) Photograph by: Petja Muck A spatial and culinary experience. Together with the artistic ensemble of the current multifaceted Things I Miss process, we are developing a new artistic project that moves through organic matter, inspiration and the instinctive nature of a work in progress. The process unfolds through various transitions and moments. Together, we seek rhythm and the life cycles of individual states, weaving them into a cohesive story. The project explores instinct and the cyclical nature of life: buds, blossoming, settling, and ripening once again. This specific edition of the work in progress is transferred by the artistic ensemble from a stage format (Ljubljana Fashion Week, November 2025) into a gallery format — here and now. To Brda, to Medana. The artistic installation illuminates the body, emotions, coexistence, the volume of forms, the textural qualities of diverse materials, and their interplay within the architectural context of the Alma Medana creative space. At the core lies the body and a sensory platform. Beams of light guide us through stories. Repetition reveals layers of narration. Through its narrative wholeness — including a culinary moment — the artistic installation invites us to experience a sensory moment within space, merging the spatial with the culinary. The experience of the senses stands at the very center of the event.
