The secrets of the Japanese Shinrin-yoku

A multisensory journey into nature, discovering the soundscape of the forests.

The soundscape of forests tells many things to those who have the patience to listen. Forests also listen to us human beings when we immerse ourselves in them. The “music” that comes out of them is made up of tonics, sound footprints, signals, which we will learn to decipher. We'll try to imagine how a plant “hears” us, what frequencies streams and roots use to communicate, and we'll try to tune in to them, to make music together, either by listening or by violin sounds.
