Birrificio Gjulia

Gjulia Agricola Artigianale Beer was born from the intuition of brothers Marco and Massimo Zorzettig, inspired by the family tradition in the agricultural and wine fields. The brewery is located in San Pietro al Natisone, where the pure water of Mount Mia, together with the cereal from their own fields, becomes a prime ingredient of their quality beer. The company is entirely independent from an energy point of view thanks to the autonomous production of energy from renewable sources. The beers are high fermentation and are processed by the handcrafted method, without filtration and pasteurisation. The wind rose present in the Gjulia brand identifies the beers produced: for the North the Blonde, for the East the Weizen, for the South the Black and the West the Amber.
