We are happy to share the information about an open call for composers, musicians and singers who would like to participate in i-Portunus open call organised by two European Capital of Culture Cities – Veszprém-Balaton 2023, Hungary and Salzkammergut 2024, Austria.

Veszprém-Balaton 2023, Hungary and Salzkammergut 2024, Austria, two European Capital of Culture Cities recommend the i-Portunus open call to composers, musicians and singers, preferably in classical music, jazz and traditional music genres with interest in possible future cooperation.
Parameters of the i-Portunus call:
Who can apply? Individuals or groups up to 5 people, aged 18+, of all education qualifications and levels of experience
Mobility: 1 June – 30 November 2021
Duration: 7 – 60 days
Max. grant per person: 3.000 EUR
Deadline of application: 28 February 2021
This grant includes the opportunity for the artists to travel to various destinations for up to 60 days. Veszprém-Balaton 2023 and Salzkammergut 2024 offer winning applicants the opportunity to improve, work and perform in their ECoC environment.
