Party with freekind. and DJ Moteris

On 11 October, Mostovna will host a party with freekind. and DJ Moteris.

The international meeting of former, current and future European Capitals of Culture, which will take place in Nova Gorica and Gorica between 9 and 11 October, will be followed by an unforgettable after party. The Slovenian-Croation duo freekind. and the Lithuanian gey DJ Moteris will perform at Mostovna in Solkan.

Freekind. is a duo consisting of Sara Ester Gredelj (lead singer and keyboardist) and Nina Korošak-Serčič (drummer and back-up singer). Their contemporary fusion of neo-soul, R’n’B, hip hop, pop and jazz is gaining popularity not only in Slovenia, but also abroad. Since their debut in 2020 with a single Not Good Enough, the duo has won the Music Moves Europe 2024 Award and has performed at major European festivals, such as Sziget, Exit Reeperbahn and others. Their album Since Always and Forever landed on KEXP's list of the best emerging artists' albums of 2024.

DJ Moteris is a Lithuanian queer, dark disco and house music DJ. Woman is always at the centre of her music. She has already performed in Slovenia at the Sajeta Music Festival in 2024, in cooperation with the xMobil project. During the EcoC family meeting, she will also work as international relations specialist for ECoC Kaunas 2022.
